Mr. Misch acquired control of Crosly & Associates in 1977. He quickly positioned the firm beyond its initial marketing, sales, and manufacturing search practice by extending C&A's influence into the financial and information technology arenas. Mr. Misch also extended the firm's influence into a broader array of industries (food, railroad, pharmaceuticals, construction, real estate development, catalogue, mail order, et cetera).
Representative assignments include C-level positions (CFO, CIO and CEO), VP positions and mid-management executive roles.
Prior to joining Crosly & Associates, Tom was a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) overseeing the managagement of large IT system development projects in business operations, marketing and manufacturing. For over 30 years, Tom has executed executive level search work in a variety of industries including: consumer electronics (foreign and domestic), retail, large and medium-sized manufacturing, non-profit, distribution and real estate development (architect and construction firms). He has successfully recruited senior manager types for a wide array of clients and functions.
Mr. Misch earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
